SprueVault does not require registration or a login. Your collection, builds, photos, wishlist, paints, sessions, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
If you are contacting support, never send passwords, Apple ID credentials, payment information, or other sensitive account information.

01 / COLLECTION
Organize your kits your way.
Your Collection is the main library for every kit you own. Switch between different layouts depending on whether you want a more visual gallery or a denser information view.
- Use the + button to add a new kit.
- Tap a kit to open its detailed project page.
- Use Filters to narrow the collection.
- Favorite kits using the star icon.
- Track backlog, building, and completed kits.
- Switch between collection layouts from the toolbar.
02 / BUILD GALLERY
Keep the story of every build.
The Build Gallery keeps progress photography together so you can look back at a project from the first pieces to the finished model.
- Add build photos from your device or camera.
- Organize photographs by build stage.
- Add details and captions to important images.
- Session photos remain connected to their original build logs.
- Reorder gallery items when using manual ordering.
- Choose images that best represent your finished build.
03 / STATS & ACTIVITY
See the hobby behind the numbers.
Collection Stats summarizes information already stored in your SprueVault library, including build time, sessions, kit values, completion data, and recent activity.
- Build time is calculated from tracked build sessions.
- Collection value uses the prices entered for your kits.
- Different currencies remain separate rather than being converted.
- Recent activity reflects recorded build sessions.
- Stats update as your collection and build history change.
BUILD HISTORY
Your recent activity stays connected to your builds.
Build sessions contribute to your tracked build history. SprueVault can show recent activity, session duration, build stages, and the kit associated with each entry.
- Start a build timer from the kit detail page.
- Add a stage or description to help identify the work completed.
- Session photos stay connected to the build they came from.
- Build session totals contribute to Collection Stats.
COLLECTION VALUE
Track what went into your collection.
Add purchase prices to your kits and SprueVault can summarize your collection value while keeping each currency separate.
- Kit prices are optional.
- Only priced kits contribute to value totals.
- Average price is calculated separately for each currency.
- SprueVault does not automatically convert between currencies.

06 / BACKUP & RESTORE
Protect your vault.
SprueVault stores your hobby information locally. Use the built-in Backup feature when you want to create a copy of your data for safekeeping or transfer.
Keep backup files somewhere you control, such as your Files app or your preferred personal storage location.

Open SprueVault Settings.

Choose the Backup option.
3.
Save the exported backup somewhere safe.
4.
Use Restore when you need to import a compatible
SprueVault backup.
